Service Agreements
Basic Heating Agreement
Includes:
- Annual tune-up & full system cleaning
- Inspection of all safeties
- Lubrication, adjustments, and efficiency check
- Replacement of nozzle & filter (strainer as needed)
Service Benefits:
- No diagnostic fee for after-hours service (Sept–May)
- Priority scheduling during heating season
Additional Coverage:
- Common burner parts covered with a service fee per part
- Older burners accepted with limitations
Important Requirement:
The annual cleaning must be completed during the month your agreement renews to maintain active coverage
Not Covered:
- Water damage, frozen lines, oil run-outs
- Electrical issues, sludge-related failures
- Specialty or high-efficiency systems
Primary Heating Agreement
Includes Everything in Basic, PLUS:
- Expanded parts coverage
- Reduced out-of-pocket repair costs
- Greater protection for unexpected breakdowns
Important Requirement:
The annual cleaning must be completed during the month your agreement renews to maintain active coverage
Annual Cleaning Only
Includes:
- One full system cleaning & tune-up
- Safety inspection and efficiency check
Important Note:
Diagnostic fees apply for all service calls

- Agreements are based on the initial system tune-up
- Some systems and specialty equipment may not qualify
- Additional repairs outside of coverage are billed as needed
